- The only Apple application with mail/data merge capability is Pages '09 v4.3. Pages v5.5.3 on Yosemite supports mail merge only via a free third-party AppleScript solutionthat uses the Contacts application.
- The command diskutil mergePartitions HFS+ Name disk0sx disk0sy will merge all disk slices from disk0sx to disk0sy while only data on the first disk partition in the command (i.e. Disk0sx) won't be erased. In your case disk0s2, disk0s3 and disk0s4 will be merged into disk0s2. Consequently you will lose your Recover HD partition. If the volume name contains spaces use quotes: diskutil.

For years, Apple has been bringing its mobile, desktop and tablet platforms closer together. Features like Handoff and Continuity Camera make it easier to start working on an iPhone and continue on the Mac, for example.
But the company still keeps Mac, iPhone, and (to some extent) iPad apps separate. In 2021, this might change. According to a report by Bloomberg, Apple plans to enable developers to create apps that work on all of the company's major platforms.

The report says the initiative is aimed at further encouraging app development.
If the report is accurate, the move could be a huge relief for developers and a big change for users. For example, it would mean that Apple's App Store and the macOS App Store would effectively be merged into one.
Bloomberg first reported on the initiative, codenamed Marzipan, in Dec. 2017, but then it was supposed to go live as early as 2018. Apple itself mentioned Marzipan at its WWDC conference in 2018, but there was no official word of it since. The new report says Apple's launch window is now 2021, though Bloomberg's sources say Apple's plans are fluid and could change.
It's important to note that this does not mean that macOS and iOS will become a single operating system; the two OSes will remain separate.
Apple's WWDC conference is likely to happen in early June this year; we might hear more about the initiative then. Bloomberg also said the company might preview its new Mac Pro, which is scheduled for launch this year, during WWDC 2019.

I am desperately trying to find an email solution to email my clients within OS X Yosemite. I have tried a few applications from the AppStore, but I find them mostly problematic and not a real solution.
Framer 72 – pioneer new patterns and groundbreaking designs.
Draw poker free. Intention = Send several hundred emails to several hundred people, all individually addressed with 'Hello FIRSTNAME,' then bla, bla attached is (your monthly newsletter or whatever I want to attach) , with my email signature included.

Over a decade ago I could get this done in with Word and Outlook on Windows 7 and though I find OS X light years ahead on many levels, there is this one feature I find tremendously valuable is unfortunately missing and I have struggled with for years.

Comforting sounds mac os. 1. First, I know how to create a mail merge document in Pages from Numbers with the Pages Data Merge app. As you can tell from what I wrote, this is not what I am trying to do.
2. Three AppStore apps, one would stop the entire process if there was a faulty email and I would have to start over, but I would not know at which point in the list to start from, another that would not support attachments and another that would not support text formatting, so my email signature looked like an old typewriter font. https://downzfiles663.weebly.com/cactus-yeehaw-mac-os.html.
There is one more solution I have not tried and that is MaxBulk Mailer SE. I just don't want to spend another $60 to be disappointed again. So if anyone has used this please let me know the pros and cons.
